Retitling Currency
I’m having an interesting convo with some friends on Facebook regarding how we’d redesign currency. Here’s what I’d do, if anybody’s curious:
Coins
Penny — Remove Lincoln, replace him with Harriet Tubman.
Nickel — Leave Jefferson intact.
Dime — Leave FDR intact.
Quarter — Remove Washington, replace him with César Chávez.
Half-Dollar — Leave Kennedy intact.
